Cerro de Las Pavas

This place of magical nature is visited by many Salvadorans and foreigners, but especially by devotees of the Virgin of Fatima. The hill offers an impressive view of Lake Ilopango from various points, the Jiboa valley, and the San Vicente volcano. Inside, there are enormous trees that are over 100 years old, which shade the Sanctuary of the Virgin of Fatima located at the summit.
