Espíritu de la Montaña is a private viewpoint located on the slopes of the Conchagua volcano in La Unión. From its terraces, you can see the Gulf of Fonseca and the islands belonging to El Salvador, Honduras, and Nicaragua. The site features trails, viewpoints, camping areas, and basic services.

Brief History
The Spirit of the Mountain was born as a private tourism project on the slopes of the Conchagua volcano, taking advantage of a location that was already known to the local inhabitants but lacked access and services. By conditioning trails, viewpoints, and camping areas, it transformed a challenging hike into an accessible experience, becoming one of the most photographed spots in the eastern part of the country. The development was designed with environmental criteria: solar energy and water recycling.
