Turicentro ISTU, located in the San Antonio de Los Blancos canton, San Luis La Herradura, is about 65 kilometers from San Salvador. It offers direct access to the beach, swimming pools for adults and children, 28 family ranches, 17 cabins for overnight stays, two food court-style restaurants, children's play areas, and spaces with universal accessibility. It was renovated and inaugurated in October 2025.

The park is part of the network of tourist centers of the Salvadoran Tourism Institute. In October 2025, it reopened after a complete renovation that added new pools, cabins for overnight stays, restaurants, and universal accessibility, with the aim of making it a benchmark for family tourism on the coast. Shortly after, it received the Family Friendly Seal, and its cabins achieved full occupancy during the year-end holidays.

Entrance fee is $2.50 for Salvadorans and $5 for foreigners; children under 7 years old, seniors, and people with disabilities enter for free.
