Los Volcanes National Park brings together Santa Ana, Izalco, and Cerro Verde in a cloud forest of great biodiversity, serving as the base for the most famous hikes in the west.

It is the only park of MARN where you don't need to make a reservation: you can go directly to the San Blas or Las Brumas sectors without prior notice.
Entrance: San Blas sector $2, Los Andes sector $3 for Salvadorans and $6 for foreigners. Students with ID pay $1 (private) or $0.50 (public). Cash only.
San Blas has its own schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m., and Saturdays and Sundays it opens from 3:30 a.m. for the early morning ascent to Ilamatepec.
