Puerto Parada is a fishing port located in the municipality of Jiquilisco, in Usulután, on the Jiquilisco Bay. It is the second embarkation point of the bay, alongside Puerto El Triunfo, and provides access to the eastern sector of the estuary and its islands. From its dock, boats depart to the mangroves and the island communities. The main activity here is fishing. It serves as a less crowded entry point to the bay compared to Puerto El Triunfo.
